Confused..!

I applied for offer letter but haven't received anything till now, it's
been 12 days and I'm worrying if I get through january intake or not, or
I have to try for may intake. I also worry about gap that is being
formed as this whole process takes time.

looks like you are running out of time, if you still not received your LOA. which college did you apply. you could always call them and ask about your letter. best bet would be choosing may intake and you should not worry about gap since you cant do anything about it.

Don't think you can do it even if Conestoga will reply you right now.
Getting Study Permit takes 6-8 weeks, depends where are you from.

On my experience Conestoga was extremely fast, if you have direct contact there.
