Hello,
I am a fresh graduate with masters in civil engineering from Ontario from a publicly funded university. I have experience of working as a civil engineer for around 2 years in back home before my masters. I want to settle in Alberta since my relatives are permanent residents and citizens here. What should be the suitable, fastest and most economical way to apply for Permanent residence here. I read PNP and Federal but couldn't figure out the best option.
