I did bachelor and master's from outside of Canada. For ECA evaluation, I am having the following confusion?

1. My bachelor is from 2008-2011 but I got my certificate in 2013. So, now in ECA evaluation by wes, do I need to mention my award receiving date in 2013 or 2011?

2. And, in ECA report, which date (2013 or 2011) they will mention?

3. Do I need to ECA my both degrees (MS and Bachelor)? or, One degree is fine.

I am expecting your comments.

Thanks in advance Good People :)

Get ECA done for your highest level of Education. In your case Masters.

You need to Provide Transcripts for a both degrees.Dates depends upon the transcripts given by the institutions .Depending upon the courses studied they will evaluate accordingly that either u have a master equivalency or two bachleors .

* Date awarded can be the day you have awarded the degree but it can also be date declared you have passed. so its your choice

* Generally the highest degree evaluation is sufficient but if you are from India you have to provide your bachelors degree certificates along with masters if you want masters get evaluated.

All the instructions are clear in the WES site.

I used the dates mentioned in Transcripts and not the degree awarded. The logic is, you can also get ECA done without a degree being awarded with a provisional degree certificate. So only the dates mentioned on Transcripts matter.

If your study is 2008-2011. The date mentioned should be 2011 and not 2013.
