confused plzz help!!

i got offer letter from lambton for 1 year course but i applied for 2 years course. The consultant said that they might have got all seats full in that coourse. Can i apply again for the same course ??
And what if apply for that course from another consultant. will it create any problem?

Why not skip the consultant and ask the college directly ? You do not need a consultant to communicate with the college
