Hi everyone, am hoping that some of the more experienced memebers on here can steer me in the right direction.
I am a serving memeber of HM Forces, and was posted to Canada from early 2008 to Nov 2009. During this period I met and started a relationship with a Canadian (Female) . We lived together for nearly 12 months, she owns her own home, before I was posted back to UK. During thiis time we have kept in touch, I have taken leave out there and She has stayed here in UK with me.
We are applying for me to immigrate under the family class, as a conjugal partner seems to fit our circumstances.
I have studied the CIC immigration website, however, maybe I am being a bit thick, but it seems to be really vauge on what steps should be taken in what order to achieve this aim.
Could any one give me an A to B to C etc as to what steps and in what order to facilitate the smooth application process.
For instance, it is not clear if I collect all the forms, med checks, police checks and send them to my Canadian partner for her to submit,or do I send them to CHC in London for their approval.
Help please as my intellect is feeling challenged and I am getting IMM forms floating in front of me every time I close my eyes....
