Hello experts, I am from India . I want to apply for student visa in Canada but I have some problems. My fathers name has been spelled wrong in my school certificate and marksheet . Although it has been correctly spelled in my passport and other documents , will it trouble me while applying for student visa. The thing is two different name exists, different in school documents and different in passport (correct). And also will affidavit work or not . Please reply sooner,as my college deadlines are appearing closer.

It doesn't matter if it is spelled wrong in the marksheet!! They'd only scrutinize your passport and not your marksheet to a great extent . Make sure your name isint spelled wrong in your documents. You'd have to apply for a affidavit of there are mistakes like that.

This is from my point of view . Seek professional Advice .
