HELLO

I arrived here in 1990 i became PR in 9/2014 . MY question next week is the new rule for 3/5 am i eligible to apply for the citizenship. I never traveled or left canada.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE CALCULATOR FOR THAT. OR IF SOME ONE CAN EXPLAIN MY ELIGIBILTY

i'm hoping the new calculator will be available when the CIC website is updated next week on Oct 11 with new application forms.
