Confused medical e-mail

Dear forum members. I am Confused about my father medical.he submit his permanent residence application in cic Canada . He received his aor letter then after four months I saw on line his case was I process but after that he received his medical , he done his medical but cic issued one new medical and said that we need some more test, he done those test but now after few months we received again medical letter and this is issued from India . I am confused because he lives here in Canada and this medical is coming from India , when I contect to Dr. Who done his first two exams he said I did not receive any thing from cic about your new test . But in email there is written that we are sending e-form to your Dr. if any one explain , I appreciate it. Naveed

Yours is the third post and all have been advised to do the Re-Medical. You have mentioned that E-mail came from India, so did another applicant ( never been to India, no family in India etc). One other applicant is asked to advise the PP to send the result to India.

One of the applicant was able to verify with PP who confirmed that there was indeed a request for Re-Medical in the system. In all three cases (including yours), applicant or the sponsor had/has no connection/ties in India

It is very strange. Can you post text of the E-mail (black out personal information and your E-mail address)?
It is possible that some scam is happening.

my father is pakistani national and in Canada he is protected person and his application of permanent residence is under process in the office of cic . Now third time his medical has been issued from cic but now medical is issued from India cic office so I am confused because he done his first two medical exams test in Canada .
