From what I understand, being LMIA excempt is just for work permits. For express entry, you HAVE to have an LMIA to have a valid job offer. It's not valid for 600 points if you don't have an LMIA. The fee for pr applicatoon supporting LMIA is free.
Yes I am aware of that. I therefore do not get those 600 points for my Express Entry profile. But my question is about proof of funds for such an applicant through CEC.
Everything is on the CIC websites. A quick search and I got this. Apparantly cec has no proof of funds requirements.
