Hi, all:

I applied as a single, skill worker years ago, now I got notices for landing.
during these years, I married but divorced, right now I am back to single.

But my question is: shall I present these changes to CIC? if not, does it mean I misrepresented?
logically, I applied as single, I will land as single, all truth.

Need professional advices.
Thanks.

In my opinion its better to inform the VO and I don't think it will have any impact.

Yes, if you want to say the truth you have misrepresented. Why did you not inform then at the time, you got married? Why did you not inform them when you got divorced? At this point in time, why do you think you want to inform hem? Please i do not mean to ridicule you, but i want to tell you the truth, why you did not at first when you got married and why you want , instead at this point in time.

In my opinion, if you tell them your visa probably will be canceled. for misrepresentation.
Please report this problem to important and the seniors, it is serious issue They will give you better advice.

Hope they will help you out.

Hi, don't be shy to criticize me, any help are welcome.
It wasn't that simple and people are different.
I don't like paper work and don't follow up, especially with laws, rules.
There are not many communication between me and immigration office and marriage life was short, no children.
And I did not know that I have to report all these until I got this notice say I have to report any marital changes before landing.

Anyway, I don't want more paperwork and more process.
I still believe that I applied as single, will land as single. I won't sponsor any spouse of that marriage.
Do I have to tell? any practical advices?

The 2nd AOR that was sent to you, instructed you, that in case of any change in your situation, you should inform the visa office. Except , you would want to tell me that you did not receive t his paper.

Well, at this point in time, i may say you can keep it and land, but only If they do not find out. If they find out then you will face the consequences.

Please send a PM to Qorax and Pmm, they are the seniors of this forum. The can give you practical advice.

Hope it helps

don't ask don't tell ?

If you want to go with don't ask don't tell, then good and fine. Do that but very careful.
