Hi, need some help here. Which schedule A is for family class: spousal sponsorship? Why do I see two versions on the IRCC official web; one is IMM5669 issued on June 2020 another one is 2018 November? Which one is the right one?

Phoned them re ; same they advised me to use the one which comes with the kit. U can try phoning them and let us know too
May call the IRCC Call Centre (1-888-242-2100), from within Canada only, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm local time, except for statutory holidays). To speak to an agent, navigate through the automated messages by pressing 3-4-1-0 but have to wait let her finish all the alerts, till she says If you are applying>>>>....
