Confused between Chandigarh and New Delhi VFS

Applied offline on 26th June at Jalandhar
Got text message from VFS on 30th June that my visa application has been forwarded to Canada Visa Office, Chandigarh on 27th June
I haven't linked my application online
But when I track my application it says that my visa application is being processed at Canda Visa Office, NEW DELHI
I am very confused. Can anyone help me?
