Confused about work permit while PR in process

Hi
I already got my PNP and send my PR paper file few weeks ago. File number is totally based on luck in this pandemic time.
My work permit is going to expire in couple days and now I have to go with bonded work permit as much as I know.
Currently I am doing 2 jobs (getting average hours on both jobs).

I want to retain my both jobs as we know not every one is getting good hours on single jobs.
Is there any way to get open work Permit again? any advise will be appreciated.

Unfortunately you have to apply for closed work permit. You are only able to get Open work permit with your application number AOR.

Some one advised me to file for open work permit without AOR and then upload AOR later on, like writing in client information that I will upload it as soon possible and explaining that getting less then 30 hours from main job now due to coronavirus. My both jobs are NOC B. what do you think about that?

Yes you can do that but don’t know if they gonna accept that or not . Also AOR is taking 6-7 months these days.

i have few more questions in my mind.
Can i apply both open and closed work permit parallelly and if i will get closed one first (as some one said closed work permit processed faster) then I do not have to wait much for the open work permit because it will be already in process and i just have to provide file number?

and how to add depended depended work permit extension with my work permit, will it be a single file or i have to apply for depended separately?
