confused about the time limit...

my ecas status shows that my app was received on 7th January. after reviewing it cio sent me a letter dated 24th february. cio forwarded my app to the corresponding visa office on 3rd march.

as per dhl tracking my full app was delivered to the visa office on 22nd jun. today i received the 2nd aor dated 24th jun.

now my queries are...

from when the 120days count down starts? is it from 24th feb or 3rd march?

is my app received by the visa office within 120 days or i missed the dead line?

experts plz help...

120 day countdown starts on date from first AOR from CIO (Feb.24) . If you have received the second AOR from Visa Office all info. should be there. What does your second AOR say? Just count 120 days from Feb. 24). Second AOR should tell you if they received full documentation on time or not.

my 2nd AOR says nothing about whether they received my full docs in time or not. they just said that they have received my application and has created a file for me with a new file number which is different than the CIO provided.

they said that before my app can be placed in processing, the visa office will make a final determination as to whether or not i am eligible for processing. if my app is not eligible for processing, i will rcv a letter informing me of the reasons for the determination as well as a refund. if my app is determined to be eligible for processing, processing will begin on a priority basis.

what should i decide now Roger55? plz help.
