Confused about Skilled Worker Category

I am an Computer Science (Software) professional having experience of 7 years. Currently, the only relevant category for me is
0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers

However, my designation does not has the word "Manager" in it. But my roles and responsibilities are similar to the ones that are described for above skill.

1. Can I apply under this category?
2. If right now I apply, and during the process I get a job offer in Canada, can I revise my application to reflect this or it does not has any effect?

If you are in any Senior Position in your company or you have worked for any company for Senior Position for at least 1 year then you can apply for Computer Manager under NOC code 0213.
