Confused about photocopies of ALL documents (Buffalo NY Application)

I am just about ready to submit all my documents for PR Skilled Worker to Buffalo, New York. In the checklist, it indicated: send PHOTOCOPIES of ALL documents EXCEPT the police certificates. However, there is a lot of discrepancy in the instruction. (example: transcripts need to be submitted in university-sealed envelopes).

I need help to clarify this question.
A) Do I need to submit authenticated or notarized photocopies of everything except the police certificates, or ordinary photocopies will do?
B) As for the transcript, should it be a photocopy or should it be already in university-sealed envelopes for the initial submission?

Ordinary photocopies are fine. employment letters originals

B) As for the transcript, should it be a photocopy or should it be already in university-sealed envelopes for the initial submission?

Already in university sealed envelope.

A)You need to send notarized photocopies of relevant documents; you will be informed later to submit the police cert and medical results
B) For academic transcripts are best to be in sealed envelppes for initial submission....

I have gone thru these procedures last August 2007, hope these infor helps u ....

I just submited mine, now what I understood in the application was NOT TO SEND ANY ORIGINALS at first but they will be requested later on... It also says you can send your diploma which if you ask me its a lot easier... I dont wanna freaking deal with Student services at my school again!.. haha but my understanding is that you dont send anything legit other than the police certf. until a later time.
