Confused about part time work experience

Hi all,
I have been working part time since 1 year at a NOC B job. But my hours are not fixed. Some weeks i worked 10 hours, some weeks 50 hours. Up until now I have done almost 1000 hours.
My question is, can i claim these 1000 hours? Or how will my hours get calculated? I can get my employment letter to state that I am a part time employee since 1 year and have worked 1000 hours. I am simultaneously searching for another full time NOC B job so I could claim my remaining hours.
Please advice if my calculation is okay or should i just claim 780 hours which is 1 year part time work at 15 hours/ week even though I have worked more hours.

Your payslips should reflect the hours you worked.

Hello I had a similar situation.Your experience letter should mention the period that you worked part time and full time and should include the number of hours worked per week during each period. For example, if X worked 20 hours during his part time schedule and 40 hours during his full time schedule in 2019, the experience letter would mention that X worked from January to May 2019 20 hours per week and from May 2019 to December 2019 40 hours per week. Please note that they don't count any hours above 30 hours per week.
