Confused about job offer requirements for PNP - Is LMIA needed?

If I come to Canada with an open work and find a permanent, full-time job, is that enough to match the requirements of job offer for PNPs such as BC or Manitoba, if the job does NOT have LMIA?
Which are the provinces where I could apply for PNP with permanent full-time job offer but without LMIA?

depends on the province. IIRC, BCPNP doesn't require LMIA, but they will audit your job and your company in their own way. Similar audit or pre-approval in Alberta and Sask. Not sure about MB.
