confused about generic app form

im applying under CEC category.im confused about question #4 Immigration office requested for processing this appliction.and also im confused about Country of issue of my passport, it was issued by philippine consulate in vancouver i dont know if i need to put philippines or canada as country of issue.plssss i need help on this...tnxxx

Visa office can Buffalo, NY or the Canadian Consulate in the Phillipines - note that if you chose a visa office in your home country, you will have to travel there if there's an interview. It's a Phillipine passport, so country of issue = Phillipines. Canada issues Canadian passports.

All applications are now being sent to CIO in Sydney, NS. But you still have to select the visa office that will process your application - you can select Buffalo, NY as the visa office. CIO will send the package to there. You should read the guide, as all these questions are clearly explained.

Should we mention the complete name as "Consulate General of Canada" or just Buffalo, New York ? Thanks.

For a visa office, just Buffalo, NY. Fees for the application is made payable to the Consulate General of Canada.

oh no! i think i leave that section blank.. and i put canada as a country of issue of my passport, but theyve recieved it more than a month ago.. and still doesnt hear from them
