Hi,

I completed my master study in Quebec and got my CSQ. During my study, I got married with a Canadian. He has three independent children(all Canadian citizenship). Now I am preparing the forms of QSW for Federal stage.

I am quite confused about the family member issues in following different forms, could anyone please give me some guidance or clarification? Many Thanks.

- IMM0008: Q3, is total family numbers 1 in my case?
- IMM5669<Schedule A—Background/Declaration>: Is only myself required to fill this form?
- IMM0008DEP: Is this form n/a in my case?
- IMM5562<Supplementary Information - Traval>: Shoud I fill out the traval history of my husband?
- IMM5406<Additional Family Information>: Is only myself required to fill this form? Should I list his three children in Section B?
- Last question about police certificate: I had the police certificate from my original country(year of 2013) before I came to Canada, and I stay in Canada all times during my study. In this case, Can I reuse the police certificate of two years ago or should I renew my police certificate from my original country for submitting QSW docs. And do I need the police certificate of Canada?

Really need a clarification, Thank you all.
