Confused about BOWP

hey guys, Correct me if im wrong, Isnt it that BOWP (CEC) applies only for the principal applicant? my family is here in Canada which is under my WP, my husband is on open WP and my daughter student also under me, our wp expires on june 26... any advice whats the best thing to do? help please thanks

yup got ita already last feb 7 and submitted application march 11 till now my review of eligiblity and background check in progress but medical says passed already. I didnt apply for BOWP yet still hopeful result will come before wp expires. ill check if any progress till this month if not ill apply for BOWP then. thanks anyway for the info.
