Confused about a form’s directions. Please help

I have a query about the following forms:

IMM 5406 - Additional Family Information
IMM 5669 - Schedule A Background informantion

Does each person in the applicant’s family have to fill out their own copy of these forms? I see how this may be possible (yet seemingly unnecessary) for Schedule A Background Information form, though surely for the Additional Family Information form, the form would look exactly the same?

Its for whoever is included on the app that need to fill our 5669. All members need to listed on the fam information regardless if they are included on the app or not

As @starnaenae said, the Additional Family Information is filled out just once by the principal applicant and they need to list their family members there whether they're accompanying them or not. Schedule A is only for family members that are accompanying the principal applicant, not everyone.
