I applied on 7th July 2016 through online and there is not any updated news till now. I have already done upfront medical. I have little confusion about study permit?
If study permit is approved means visa approved?
Or I need to reapply for visa?

I applied for September session and if my study permit is approved then May I go Canada Immediately or I need to wait for September month?

if study permit approved means visa approved you can should go by end of august for September intake.

If study permit is approved then your visa approved as well. You can leave to canada any day after the issue date on your stamped passport

Where I submit passport for stamp?

If you applied online you shouldhave recieved an email stating where you can submit your passport.

If you applied paper then you submit your passport at the VFS global office

Currently it takes 4 week to process study permit application
You can always check the processing time here

It will be updated weekly usually on tuesdays.

Hi Badi, Thank you so much. I have linked my paper based application to online account CIC. so i am able to see new application id ? is this my new visa application id ? will this link will effect my paper application ? Please reply

It wont affect your application its just better to check online as it has more frequent update rather than vfs website. About the Id dont bother your self with it its just for the application online

Did you get 'application updated' email a day after you submitted the application on 7th?

I do not know because I hired Canadian consultant for the entire process. when I asked her she said there is not any update till now. I do not know what is happening?

According to CIC "Processing time of Nepal is 4 weeks only" .
