confuse. pls help

my mom will file for immigrant this coming march 2011. I'm already 23 years old but i enrolled at one of our institue just to be consider full time student before i turned 23 last oct 2010 because thats one of the requirements to be a dependent child to my mom and be included in the sponsorship. Would this guarantee that i can be included in the sponsorship?

I tried the same but it did not work out. you can try it and the most important thing is to show them that you do not work and did not work before. I think it depends also on the country you live in.

yeah thats my prob i worked after i finished my studies. would they know it?? i just enrolled last june 2010 so that i will be consider full time student before i turned 23. so i guess i wouldnt hope for this...
