Hi, I have just recently graduated from university. And I found a job which the company gave me a title as "Pharmaceutical Production Technician." Basically my responsibilities are sample and weigh raw materials and ingredients, control machines for drugs encapsulation, prepare medicine by "cooking" them, cleaning machines and equipment.. etc. I look up both NOC numbers and I think the nature of the job matched 9421 more than 9232. However, I need 9232 in order to apply under CEC. Do you think I have any chance or my job indeed falls under another NOC number? Please give me your opinions....

Hi,
actually your job title is not so important. You have to select your NOC according your duties and responsibilities and not according your job title.

Both 9232 and 9421 have very similar duties, please advice which noc suits my job best based on provided job duties, many thanks.

Only 9232 is illegible for CEC (NOC B). Everything depends if you perform those duties. If yes, you're good to go.
