Hi, im new in this forum.
Is there anyone can answer me.. Im going to submit EE February 16, 2016 , all my documents are complete as i can say... My question is.. my police clearance from countries i live dated last year July 22, 2015.. Will it be OK eventhough its only 5 months left on its validity???

I advise you to get a new PCC as this is 6 months past the issue date.

If your pcc was issued after you left the country on your last visit then it is valid indefinitely.

On the other hand if you think you can get another one easily and fast. Then go for the new one just for your own satisfaction

My last stay from where i lived before is October 2013.. I got my police Clearance July 22, 2015... I'll be submitting my EE for PR Feb. 16, 2016...So its possible that my PCC is still valid??

What do you mean by EE?
Do you mean EE profile creation or eAPR?

from countries i live dated last year July 22, 2015.

From the above it is not clear do you mean you are still living there since that date or you have left that country on that date?

PCC validity depends on the above. So please clarify.

You can use that PCC, because you obtained it after you last lived in that country.

"For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country."

I would suggest you get a new one because by the end of the process it would over a year and the VO might reject it based on that, you should read the thread on rejections. Don't gamble with it, I suggest you work towards getting a new one ASAP.
