My spouse left Canada few days after our marriage. After months of no contact my friend send me info that she is back, used our marriage certificate to get in and got 18months visa. I call her to clarify what is going on and she blackmailed me. Right now she is working illegal, I reported that and her employee had call from CBSA that they are looking for her. She was making (fake, because she does not have work permit) invoices and get paid by e-transfers. I know, that she also got call, but did not answer. I will still need to wait few months for divorce, however, I am afraid of her behaviour and nobody knows what she is able to do.

If CBSA is already looking for her it means that she will get exlusion order? Does CBSA have enough proof to remove her from Canada if they will check employer and bank statements ? What else I can do to remove her (and protect myself) ?

None of us can tell you what CBSA will do or if they have enough evidence to remove her from Canada. It can take time for CBSA to complete their investigations and for a removal to take place.

There is nothing you can do to force the removal. That is up to CBSA. If you have additional evidence to provide, then you can certainly submit a follow up to CBSA with this additional information / evidence.

If she is attempting to blackmail or is threatening you in other ways, then you may want to get the police involved and file a report.

Once you qualify for a divorce in a few months, move forward with that with a qualified lawyer.
