Hey, i have submitted my file on 13th March 2019 according to my agent and on the same day payment was deducted from my credit card. My biometric is also done and i got email from VFS department about confirmation of application submission. No, after biometric i got email on which they said my application is recieved at NEW DELHI to IRCC office. But i didnt get any mail for file submission

Once you successfully submit your file, usually they send you message in your CIC account with your application number.
