Confirmation of receiving packet

Anyone know how long i should wait to receive confirmation of the Mississauga office receiving my packet, and how long will it take for my sponsorship to be approved at the Tel Aviv office?

Mississauga doesn't send confirmations. You likely won't hear from Mississauga until they have approved the sponsor. This is currently taking 28 days.

So I will only here from them once it is approved?

If i travel to canada now with my spouse do i tell them that im waiting for approval, and as long as she has a return ticket within the six month period she will fine?

I an email from CIC confirming that they received by package on October 28th. They sent the confirmation via email and told me that they have it but won't start processing it for a couple of weeks because they are working on packages received on October 9th. So you should receive a confirmation from them if you provided an email address. It also took them two weeks from when my package arrived until I got the email but they did send one.
