confirmation of receipt for additional documents ?!!

Guys, my representative sent my latest NOA, both by email and post but have not received any ''confirmation of receipt''. I am sure they did not bother to add it to my file. How do I request them to do so? Really afraid that they will make a decision based on the very old NOA.

CIC doesn't confirm that they have received additional documents, it is up to you or your representative to ensure that it is sent recorded delivery.

Hi,

I had sent them my PCC separately
After 2 weeks , i sent them a email requesting if they received the documents

ottpilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca

They replied positively and confirmed that documents have been attached to my file.

So , you can send a email with all your details and request them to confirm.

They should reply back within a week or two.
