Confirmation of Permenant Residence: Destination Quebec..QUESTIONS

Hello
I am a CSQ holder and i received the confirmation of permanent residence with destination Quebec and city Montreal. From my home country I have only direct flights to Toronto, I wanted to fly for 2 weeks to do landing and be back to my home country and move later towards the end of the year.
My questions:
- Do you know if I can land in Toronto instead of Quebec? and are there any risks or consequences?
- What benefits will I loose if I didn't accomplish PR in Quebec?
- Will I face any problems when Immigration officer gets notified that I am only there for 2 weeks and leaving back?
