Need helppp！I received my PR outside Canada during Covid-19 era, however I was not able to finish my landing process. What is my status now? Still a pr status? I have contacted IRCC many times and not feedback. Do I still get chance to enter Canada?

Why asking under health? What do you mean never finished? If you never landed then you are not PR and lost it. You could have landed during Covid to receive PR. If you did land, did you get your PR card?
