Confirmation of Interview Attendance

Hi All,

Does anyone have an idea how I can confirm my attendance for an interview with my local VO

The letter I received states that I am required to upload the below response to my "myCIC account

"I confirm that I will attend the above interview at the above date and time; moreover, I understand and will comply with the above instructions and those included in Annex 1."

The problem is, there is no where to upload this message on myCIC account page

I did, but it only showed slots for which I was required to upload schedule A, proof of funds and job reference letter documents
