confirmation about landing on Pr visa

I want to know that on Pr visa ( Quebec skilled worker ) whats the time period of landing in Canada for first time because my consultant said that you have to arrive before your medical expiry that is on 6 February and I jst sent my passport for stamp on 17 January. Can you please confirm me for this time duration. Thanks

Well after Medical you have exactly one year to enter Canada, For example in my case i had my medicals on 21 April 2018 and two months after medical was requested to submit passport for stamping in July 2018 and my passport was return to me in 2 week after submission for stamping that is by 15 July 2018 and when i got my passport i learned that i had till 21 April 2019 to land in Canada

That 's true! But also check with validity of CSQ!! Should land before CSQ expired date!!

Hello

CSQ expired is not an issue anymore, but the visa will be valid till the 364 day counting from the Med test.
So as soon as you get the passport you go for landing

About Expired CSQ:
"If the applicant’s CSQ is valid at the receipt of the application at the CIO, the CSQ will be considered valid until a decision is rendered on the permanent residence application by IRCC."

Ya, so, should land before the CSQ n visa expired date! Cos some case( bussiness, visa get valudity around 8 months but CSQ just still 3 months) Kakak
