I read on some other threads,some students have recieved full approval even tho their DLI was not on the list.But they got it before the list was created.IRCC has to still clarify the rules for visas filed after 15th September.

At this time, we are waiting for approval from the ministry on Conestoga College’s readiness plan to welcome students as of Oct 20.


Please keep checking the college website and the government of Canada website for updates.

The list of DLIs with an approved COVID-19 readiness plan in place can be found here: canada.ca/en/immigration… The list will be updated regularly as provinces and territories identify additional schools.
