No, they open it separately. The spring 2020 applications should start in a month.

If you fulfill the admission requirements of the college/ university you can. However, it will be difficult to get a visa.

I am a BDS graduate and I have applied for Health administration and service management course in conestoga college for may 2020 intake on 17th October and I received a mail stating there are few corrections in the applications on 25th October and the corrected application was sent back to the college on 26th October , now when can I expect a response from the college for the same ?
