Conestoga College September 2019 intake

I am a Canadian PR. My acquaintace who lives in India has a bachelors degree Bsc with 49.7%. Given his educational background what Canadian schools/colleges does he have a chance of getting in to? Any reasonable business/science 2 year graduate program are acceptable. Money is a non-issue. TIA.
Lmao my bad man, i was half asleep when i wrote it, i got 7.5 bands do not doubt me.
Can someone please help me.. I applied 3 weeks ago for a course and after one week i got a mail that my application is set to pending as seats are full.. If there will be seats available within 30 days.. Then my file will be reviewed... But my friend applied 2 weeks back in same course.. And got offer letter within 1 week.. How?
okay go to agent ask them to check their mail and all or make them send a mail bout ur status, thats how i did it and mine was decision pending its been more than 30 days now
On 28th of march my agent told me that applied mechanical design is reopen again and applied and i didnt receive any mail from college since thenn...wht should i do ...someone?
