You have two options, either you make a new application with the course of your choice or you join Conestoga with your current course and try to change it afterwards.
It is December and most of the courses have already closed from what I know so be quick about it.
I would suggest you not to heavily rely on the second option of going to Conestoga with the current course and asking for a course change as there is a 50-50 chance of that happening.
