Conditions on open work permit as spouse of international student

My wife got study permit from Canada, I try to go to Canada to apply for open work permit as spouse

I heard open work permit can work for any employers, but may have some restrictions

I want to ask can I work for any employers ?
I heard from my friends that open work permit as spouse of international student can not work for school, is that correct ?

If you know any conditions about open work permit as spouse of international student, please let me know

You can alter these conditions on your work permit by getting a medical and then applying for the work permit conditions to be changed.

Is that possible that I work as IELTS teacher in high school, which means I am not secondary teacher, only teach IELTS (English Language Exam) for some international students as full-time. Is that okay to overcome the conditions without medical exams ?

No. If you are teaching in a secondary school, then you need to get the medical and have the conditions on your work permit removed.
