Conditional offer of acceptance and stipend

Hello!

I am a citizen of an EU/EEA country and I got a conditional offer from the University of Manitoba for M.Sc in Physics (with a very high possibility of transferring to a PhD next year). They are also offering me a stipend of 18,100$ per year (paid biweekly) and the tuition is around 10,500$.

Yesterday I send my application for the Study Permit, but now I have some doubts about its correctness:

1) In the form IMM1294, for "Funds available for my stay" I put 18,100$ (i.e. the amount of the stipend per year that I will receive biweekly). As a proof I uploaded the letter from uni that guarantees the stipend. However the tuition is 10,500$, so I am not sure if the stipend will be enough for my stay (if I am not mistaken, it is required to have at least 10,000$).
Can the CIC reject my application for this reason? I also have some money in my bank account, but the application was sent already and now I cannot upload any additional documents.

2) The offer of admission to the university is conditional with two conditions: official certificate of my bachelor degree and the official TOEFL score report (I have sent all these required documents to the university few days ago by post, but they haven't received them yet, so the unconditional offer will come too late to apply with it for the Student Permit). So in my application I uploaded this conditional letter of acceptance. Will this be a problem?

If my application gets rejected, can I reapply? Will I have to pay the application fee again?

Thank you!

According to CIC they want CAD $10000 as living expenses and first semester fee receipts i.e. CAD $10500 in ur case, means you need to show at least CAD $20500 as your financial proofs.
But you already applied for it, hope so they will give you visa on behalf of your currently provided documents.
Gud luck

In second case yo may be face difficulties in getting visa, as your acceptance letter still have some conditions in it. Hope for good results. And yes you need to pay the application fees every time you apply for visa.

Thank you charangill!

$10,500 is the tuition for one year, not for the first semester which is ~$5,000.
According to the letter of acceptance, the annual stipend of $18,100 should be enough to cover not only the tuition, but also the cost of living. Subtracting the tuition from the stipend, I will be left with approximately $8,000/year for living. But as I said, I have additional money in my bank account. The funny thing is that the stipend will be paid biweekly, but the tuition for the first semester (~$5,000) must be paid until September 16, so I will have to pay it with my money, and not from the stipend. However there is also a possibility that I will be awarded the International Graduate Student Entrance Scholarship which covers completely the first semester tuition. Additionally, later, I will have chance to apply for a Teaching Assistance position (giving me $2,000-$3,000 according to the letter). In any case, I will be able to cover the costs of living and tuition, but the problem is that in the application I declared only the stipend of $18,100.

Is it possible to send to CIC additional documents after the application was submitted yesterday? Perhaps by email? :(

Don't send/upload any further documents to CIC until they request for the same as it will cause delay your process. But normally they want that the applicant should pay their first sem/year tuition before applying for visa. Hope they understand the stipend policy and give you visa.

Today I received my POE Introduction letter by email :)
What's next now? Do I have to print this letter and show it when I arrive to Canada at an airport to get the Study Permit (a stamp in my passport?)
What else do I need to do?
