Conditional Offer Letter.. is it fine to apply study permit.. Please help

I am also a 2012 passed out guy, Me too got only a conditional Admit letter from University. I submitted the same (conditional offer letter) for VISA and got my VISA. But i submitted my course completion certificate and photocopy of final semester marklist for visa which is marked as a condition in the Admit letter. I have even come across some people who got visa without even getting their final semester results. So, It wont be a problem, most of the final semester students who got admit already face this ambiguity while applying for visa, No problem with the condition you have mentioned. Go ahead. If I get two offfer letter, should I mention it to my visa application?
