Conditional Offer Letter.. is it fine to apply study permit.. Please help

Hi all,

I have a Conditional offer letter from Canadian University, here are my conditions:

Your offer of admission is based on the following conditions:
Prior to start of your program, the following conditions must be satisfied no later than August 1, 2012.
1) Submit copy of undergraduate degree parchment.
2) Provide official final transcript showing successful completion of undergraduate degree program with a minimum grade point average of B (3.0/4.3) or equivalent.

I have already satisfied as my GPA is (3.3/4.3).

But in the checklist it was written UNCONDITIONAL OFFER letter. What should i do?
Should i go with it only, as i will be submitting my degree certificate to the embassy also.

Please help, m worried.

If you have satisfied the condition, then you can apply without any doubt. Provide the undergrad degree with your visa documents and you will be fine. To be more safe, ask your university''s admission office to email you regarding that you have met the conditions, attach that as well.

I had submitted my TOEFL score and official degree yet it was mentioned in the conditions of LOA. I did the same and got the visa.

My documents will be reaching university around July 26, 2012. Then only they will be mailing me that letter. But i think it will be very late to apply visa as last date is August 1, 2012 for September intake.

So what should you suggest me?

Should i wait or apply now with that.

You can apply for visa on conditional offer letter when you satisfy the conditions. As you have met all the conditions therefore, you can apply for visa whenever you want. Just provide CHC with the documents which shows you have met the stated conditions which in this case is your degree.

Inam ,I didnt know much about him and india,
but on my acceptance letter there are conditions too, such as provide final A level result(it will come in August 2012),book your enrolment appointment etc, and they all were under the heading that if did not meet these conditions offer may be withdrawn but As u know my case after medical chances are almost full(iA),,and also student visa resource book it is written that accept conditional letters of Acceptance this is the line page 12 point number 5.7 ... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op12-eng.pdf

You can explain this to the school and kindly request that they fax a copy of "unconditional offer" to you(so that you can apply for the visa) before mailing out the original.

if it states unconditional then go for it You already fulfill there all req.

I applied for CAQ and Visa application with a conditional letter of acceptance , the conditions says that you must provide the final degrees directly from the issuing institute.
I satisfied the conditions after my First medical and new unconditional letter was issued afterwords.........

i will be heading towards the submission of my visa file without waiting for that document, as i have already satisfied all the conditions...

Should i attach a letter stating the same as in my case there is percentage, not gpa.. mine is 76.56% which is equivalent to 3.3/4.3.. should i attach so that thing may b very clear??

Hey.. i have mailed them and asked the same but they said they will forward that letter once my documents are received there..

so not have an option...

Brother it is a document of 2008, from then things have changed significantly.. My brother applied in 2010, it was written clearly in the checklist that one can submit the LOA with any conditions mentioned on it.. But in 2012 if you will check the checklist it is written UNCONDITIONAL....

Yes, if you have the letter then attach it with your documents.

No, i dont have any official letter fron university,, I was asking that can I write a letter myself and submit it with the application...
