Conditional discharge

Can you sponsor your spouse if u have a conditional discharge, the discharge is 3 years which would be finished by march 2021 n with that discharge a weapon band was automatically given for 5 years because I was told that's what they r giving with conditional discharge now.

You are good to apply for your spouse . Conditional discharge is not a conviction in the eyes of IRCC.
