Conditional discharge

Hi,

If someone has received conditional discharge with one year probation, can they apply for citizenship after completing the probation term successfully? Or do they have to wait for 3 years (term of conditional discharge) to be eligible to apply for citizenship?

Has any of you on conditional discharge successfully received citizenship?

Yes, if you have completed the probation successfully, you can apply for the citizenship and the time on probation can be counted towards your physical presence
