I am currently on Conditional Discharge with 2 years probation. I was just concerned if the probation will have any impact on my application.
Has anyone been through same situation?

In that case you won't be inadmissible. However I'm not sure about the probation. It's possible you may have to wait for probation to be completed before your application can be processed. You would probably do well to consult with an immigration lawyer.

Hey were you able to get you PR application processed having the probation? I am also in a similar situation, I have a conditional discharge with 3 years probation, I would need to apply for a work permit soon. I was wondering if this would cause any problem to my work permit application?
