We just received our COPR with Condition 51 annotation in the "Conditions" section. Condition has been correctly applied in our case.

I plan to land in March (expiring medical) this year but due work commitments I will not be able to fully move before July this year. During my March trip I intend to start my moving process by attending job interviews, getting SI, driving license, etc.

Between March and July me and my partner will cohabit in the same dwelling abroad. Am I correct to think that cohabitation abroad satisfies rules of Condition 51 ?

Thanks!

How long will you stay on your March trip to Canada? Will your partner move here at the same time as you in July?

My March trip will be for around a week. I believe we have enough proof to show strong commitment to live in Canada. Me looking for a job, my partner studying at Canadian university (currently on the semester abroad).

Yes, she will move with me in July. She will also accompany me on our March trip.

The condition only states you must reside together. It doesn't say where. That said, they know trips happen. I don't think it will be an issue at all.

So, you're going to be together, even during the trip and during the period while you wait to relocate, so there's no breach of Condition 51.
As for showing proof of intent to relocate to Canada, I presume you've already satisfied the need to show intent to relocate, you just need to actually relocate, which you will do in July.
Looks like clear sailing to me.
