That's a really good GPA. You should consider applying in the top universities like Waterloo, McGill, UBC.

I received offer today but there is no financial aid mentioned in the offer. Does that mean I am not granted the scholarship?

Another thing is that: I have arranged my official transcripts sent to Concordia Univ directly from my university. Same for IELTS report (directly mailed from IELTS test center to Concordia U). However, my offer is still conditional on the receipt of official transcript and IELTS report.

Should I send a mail to get some details of that?

they send it by mail. u can set up a DHL pick up and get it in 3-4 days or wait for it to come by regular mail in a month or so
