And since I haven't gotten my visa and if i don't get it till the 20th of January then I'm afraid I will have to defer my admission to september 2013. I will have to pay the deferral fee again, will have to get my letter couriered again, I will have to send it to CHC Islamabad, and I will have to apply for CAQ again as well since it is valid only for one deferral, after that I have to apply for it again. So yeah I have to spend more money without the guarantee of getting the visa

I have decided not to defer until i get a decision from the embassy. and I am expecting to get any sort of reply from embassy by Jan 20-25th. Now can u tell me..as the pretty much deadline for concordia is Jan20th to register… so If i DONOT register nor did defer or by Jan 20th. will there be any sort of "unofficial withdraw" or "F" grade or any sort of red remarks in my transcript in future???
defers doesn't have any deadline. but still if i doesn't declare anything that course registration deadline will i face any problem,? because i dnt wanna make any further delay in visa process issuing new CAQ and LOA again and submitting them to CHC.

Not registering courses won't affect your transcript. Once the deadline for courses passes then you can defer when you wish. I would advise you to contact your course advisor and the iso for further advice and deadlines.Elora89 said:

I am applying for Sep Intake for Masters of Engg program but there is 1 major obstacle in my way.
They require 3 Reference letter and they want the applicants to attach the Academic Assessment form available in their site with them.
I already have 3 Reference letters ( 2 Academics and 1 Professional ) properly sealed in envelope and signed. Also, I am also having the filled n signed 3 Academic Assessment forms BUT they are not sealed in an envelope. I will be attaching these separate Assessment forms with the official sealed envelop with paper clip or Stapled.
I confirmed directly with the Universities and what they saying is "Please note we prefer to receive three letters of reference from three academic referees. The academic assessment forms should also be included in the sealed envelopes. If you attach the completed forms with a paper clip the forms will not be considered sealed. They can be used for the initial review of the file.The completed assessment forms outside the sealed envelopes can be presented for the initial review. If you receive an offer of admission, replacements in sealed envelopes can be requested later.We verified with the admission assistant before sending you that information.If you receive an offer of admission, there will be specific conditions outlined in the offer letter."
Now I am worried whether my applications would get rejected because of this concern.
Please suggest any relevant workaround or feasible solution.

Provide 3 letters. Moreover, they have an assessment form. As far as I know you can provide only letter, or only assessment form, or letter+ assessment form. All are fine. But would recommend 3rd option. Once you get letters written and assessment form filled up attach them and put in a n envelope. So you will have 3 envelop of all referees. After than put college stamp on the back side of the cover (one where you seal cover, one in middle and on in the other end), get your professor's signature on those stamps. That would mean sealed reference letter.
