Concordia University Fee related issue. Kindly help.

Does Concordia University issue a receipt for the tuition fees? I have paid my tuition fees 15 days back and have sent mails to my faculty, student account and ISO with the wire transfer swift copy. But no replies yet. Should I request receipt from Student Portal or will they issue a receipt? It’s urgent pls.

Call them. They should always issue a receipt after payments.

I am in Concordia university. ISO issues receipt for fee payments and they do it. Call them if they don't reply on email, although it hasn't happened to me ever.
