On March 13th, i got an email from and an advisor at CUCA saying that my application has been sent to the committee for the review and will let me know once she gets word from them.
So as of right now I am still waiting.

My docs have been received by CUCA. I got an email from my advisor on 9th April.
Now, I have to mail them my resume.
After that, My file will be sent for departmetnal review.

It will be a good start if we can add each other on watsapp and make a common group. Please PM me ur name, and contact numbers. I ll make the group tonight

My Application to CUCA is controlled by my consultant. All documents had been sent and received by the University on April 12th 2014. Hopefully, the application will process soon.
P,S: I have applied for MISSM program.

"Study permits will only be issued to successful applicants who are pursuing studies at an educational institution that has been designated to receive international students."

Education is the responsibility of the provinces and territories. The educational institutions that will be designated will be determined by provincial and territorial governments in coming months.

per the new rule....a new list of approved institutes may come out .....never know...w just have to wait and see

I couldn't find the list of approved institutions. Does CUCA included in the list ?

CUCA is fully accredited as well international student applying to this college are eligible to receive study permit.
Just the fact that sheer numbers of international students (Indian, Pakistan etc) who were and are getting admitted to various programs like MISSM/MISAM proves that study permits are issued to students applying to this college.
As to when would Canada publish new list, I have no idea and have not heard anything so far.
